Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after your package has been shipped.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Revayra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Revayra is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
